As we embark on our next phase of growth and continue to make a lasting impact, The Laneway Project is inviting individuals who are passionate about urban development to join our board of directors. We are seeking individuals with expertise in finance, accounting, governance, and urban planning to help guide our organization in achieving its mission of creating healthier, more dynamic urban spaces.
Desired Skill-set and Experiences
Finance and Accounting: Directors with a strong accounting and financial management background to provide budget oversight and support accurate and timely reporting relevant to managing a not-for-profit organization.
Urban Planning: As our organization focuses on the rejuvenation of urban spaces, we are seeking directors with expertise in urban planning. Ideal candidates will have a background in city planning, land use, community development, or a related field. Your knowledge and experience will guide our projects to ensure they align with sustainable urban development principles, community engagement, and city planning best practices.
